In the same manner, it is also your business to find sources that can snoop around for you and get you your real estate leads.</p>
<p>People who are planning to buy real estate property will most often consult a contractor regarding the design, materials and possible costs of building or rebuilding a house or any construction work. Thus, contractors are always on the go and are almost often the first ones who are told about real estate buying plans.</p>
<p>Getting the contractors to tell you about possible leads would be easy, if you maintain regular contacts with them. If you are already friendly with them, then getting such information would be an easy job.</p>
<p>And getting contractors to give leads to you does not only mean you have to meet with them personally. After initial meetings, you also have to keep in touch so they would know you are still around and are still interested with the business. Call them often just to say hi, or you can send them emails or fax messages. If you have promotional materials, calling cards and brochures, then better give them as well because they might be able to pass it on to possible clients.</p>

The established tradition of buying a home, so different from the customs of the neighboring countries, had relegated this option to a minority market. Only two years ago, the percentage of owners at various points exceeded the European average. But one day the bubble deflated and what was once a more suitable housing option for students, immigrants and families with low incomes, has become a compulsory departure with which try to evade the crisis.</p>
<p>The need for liquidity has driven the formulation of the lease for the buildings, second-hand or new construction, can not find buyers in the market. The rental housing reached previously unknown dimensions. The number of households accepted the scheme in 2008 increased by 18.3%.
